Engage your stakeholders and they won’t be puzzled about your organization’s successes

If you’re wondering how to boost engagement on Facebook, the answer is to engage your stakeholders as I do here. You’ll see from the photos of the Facebook postings I’ve included in this blog that I’m working on a puzzle and that my friends have helped.

These friends are my ‘stakeholders’ in this project. I’ve given these stakeholders updates on our project. They’re rooting for me to meet my benchmark — that is to say, to finish my puzzle and get it framed.

Since I’ve mentioned this project to a few of my friends and colleagues, they are stakeholders too and are rooting for me to complete my puzzle too. So if you want more Facebook engagement make sure that you take pictures of your project’s progress, post updates on Facebook and include your key stakeholders in your Facebook postings.
